Ankalia wraps are available for sale worldwide. However the Ankalia Up is currently not available for sale to The United States and Canada. We accept Visa and Master Card, PayPal, and ZipPay. International customers are not eligible for ZipPay however can use our Lay-by facility. ZipPay is not eligible for lay-by purchase.

If you have won the right to purchase a wrap through any of our competitions, you must pay your invoice within 24 hours. Failure to pay will result in your carrier being reissued to another entrant. Failure to pay an invoice may also mean that you are ineligible for any future entries.

Change of Mind - Stockings. Please ensure that during stockings, in the online shop, that you do not purchase a size that you are unwilling to pay for. Due to the large volume of orders going through our platform, Ankalia will not make any changes to wrap sizes due to change of mind. This applies to both wrap size and Up size. Also note that there is a re-stocking fee of 18% if you choose to cancel your online order or you can choose to have store credit with Ankalia Textiles.

Any item that has been altered in any way will not, under any circumstances, be accepted for return or exchange. The term “altered” is defined as including, without limit, dyeing, and fabric additions or removals made after purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by us) in (amongst others) the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs: the product is not available/in stock (any payments will be refunded); your billing information is not correct or not verifiable; your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud; your bank transfer payment (Echeque) is not received within 12 calendar days after acceptance of your order; we have reason to believe that you are a reseller; there was an error in the price quote; we could not deliver to the address provided by you; or for any other reason.

Ankalia may also refuse purchases or participation in draws where the purchaser has engaged in behaviour that has caused administrative, financial or personal disruption to the company outside of expected activity. Disruptive activity includes attempting to purchase items on behalf of a person who has been refused purchase.

Preorders All pre-orders require a minimum of 50% deposit. These deposits are non-refunable given the nature of the custom order and the making of your carrier.


We try to provide our customers with photographs that most accurately display the colours of our carriers. However, due to the varying colours of computer monitors, we cannot ensure the accuracy of our images compared to the real product. Please contact us if you are unhappy with the colours of your carrier upon receipt of the product.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that rails and stitching on Ups are sewn continuously and neatly, some minor cosmetic flaws may occur due to bobbin changes. We stress these cosmetic flaws are exactly that and will not affect the safety of your carrier


We shall deliver only to the address given when processing through checkout, regardless of any requests to deliver to an address different from the one given. If a mistake is made at checkout or the address on the account is in-correct, the customer is responsible for additional postage costs and processing fees once the package is returned to Ankalia. For draw entries, we will only ship to the address on the account. This is to protect both us as suppliers, and you as customers. We aim to dispatch your product(s) within 5 business days of the receipt of payment. Tracking details will be emailed to you. All parcels are Sign on Delivery, and sent express through Australia Post and our international customers have their purchases sent through either Pack and Send or EMS - Australia Post.

In accordance with the ACCC, Ankalia will not pay for damages or losses that:

  • are not caused by our business or the goods we supplied
  • relate to something independent of our business and outside our control, after the goods left our control.

Where an item is damaged or lost prior to delivery, Ankalia will initiate an investigation through the delivering party (e.g. Australia Post). Ankalia will take reasonable steps to ensure that any investigations are concluded promptly. Any reimbursements or substitutions for lost or damaged items will only be provided following the conclusion of an investigation undertaken by the delivering party. Where fault is found with the delivering party, Ankalia will pass on the full amount of any reimbursements.

Where fault is found with Ankalia, customers will be offered a repair (if possible). If repair is not an option, customers will be offered a replacement (if available). Where a replacement item is not available, financial reimbursement will be provided equal to the purchase price of the goods, together with initial delivery costs. In order to be provided one of these remedies for a damaged item, Ankalia requires the return of the item and will pay for return postage costs.

You are asked to examine your carrier within fourteen (14) days of your package leaving Ankalia. Should you find any defect in the quality or condition of the goods, you must cease use and contact us immediately. It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.


You have a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to return them to us, at your cost, and receive a refund, full price minus 18% for change of mind, of the purchase price not including return shipping costs. You must return the product in original undamaged condition, unused and in the original packaging. Please contact us at customerservice@ankalia.com.au as soon as possible if you wish to return your item stating your order number, as well as the name of the item, and your name and country of residence. If your reason for returning the product is due to a fault in the item, please contact us immediately. We ask all customers to check their item thoroughly within fourteen (14) days of your package leaving Ankalia. Ankalia is not responsible for any damage post washing your carrier. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

We refund payments via the method you originally paid by. For credit card refunds, this can take up to ten (10) days.


To establish a lay-by, you must pay a 20% deposit which is also a non-refundable service fee. Lay-bys are available for up to 8 weeks and regular fortnightly payments of 20% or more. The final payment you will be charged the shipping of your choice. Lay-by items are not eligible for the free shipping option.

Lay-by purchases are not eligible for ZipPay as a payment option.

Where can I make payments? An automatic invoice will be emailed to you fortnightly.

Shipping of your purchase. Once the full lay-by has been paid off, we will be alerted to ship to your item on the next business trading day.

Cancellation by you. Lay-bys may be cancelled by you at any time during the term, in which case you will be entitled to a refund of the amount you have paid, less a termination fee of 20% (which is the initial deposit paid). Refunds for lay-by payments will be made using the original payment method only.

Cancellation for non-payment or non-collection. It is your responsibility to make the regular lay-by repayments by the due date. Failure to make payments when they are due will be treated as cancellation of the lay-by. Ankalia Textiles is not required to contact you before cancelling a lay-by for non-payment or non-collection. If your lay-by is cancelled, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount you have paid, less a termination fee of 20% (which is the initial deposit paid).

Other terms. Lay-by contents cannot be modified. You may change your contact details via your log in.Lay-by terms may be varied for specific events or promotions.

If you would like to enter the draw for your chance at an invoice and wish to pay using our lay-by option please take note that the terms are slightly different to in stock lay-bys. A non refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your wrap. Fortnightly repayments of a minimum of 25% of the full retail price must be met. All limited edition lay-bys must be completed 4 weeks after the initial deposit. Failure to complete lay-bys for limited edition items not in stock on the website will mean that we will not proceed with this option for further.

Your privacy. Your personal information will be used to administer the lay-by, including for Ankalia Textiles to send reminders via email. Ankalia Textiles respects customer privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with Ankalia Textiles’ Privacy Policy.

Security and Privacy

We utilise one of the most secure transaction channels available in the world today. Our Ecommerce application includes the following security features:

Ankalia Textiles uses Stripe as our credit card payment gateway, which ensures your credit card details are recorded in a highly secure encrypted environment.

Stripe is fully compliant with Level 1 PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), and their business is regularly audited by external auditors.

All browsers are required to use a minimum of 40-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology (This means that there is no way to bypass the security systems).

Stripe encrypts all transaction details before sending them across the internet, so the details of the message cannot be seen by anyone except Stripe Payment Server.

Each order is checked, one by one by our accounts department before processing. This reduces the possibility of credit card fraud.

Credit card details stored on Stripe, once entered, are hidden from view. Credit cards can therefore only be used within the Stripe environment.

What does this mean?

This means that when you order a product from our website, you can rest assured that very strong security checks have been put in place to make sure that your details will not fall into the wrong hands.

Protecting Your Privacy

Ankalia Textiles respects your right to control how information held on your behalf is used. The integrity of personal information is important to us and we are fully committed to protecting everyone's right to privacy. The only information collected from visitors to our website is that which is provided to us on a voluntary basis. We do not use cookies and we do not sell or rent any information captured or voluntarily submitted on this website.


Personal Information is defined as information about an individual, whether fact or opinion, by which that individual can be ascertained. The Australian Privacy Act, as it applies to the private sector, commenced on 21 December 2001.

Collection of information

Ankalia Textiles will only collect personal information that is necessary for one or more of its activities and only by lawful and fair means. It will only collect information about an individual from that individual.
