Membership and Reward Points

  1. There is no minimum membership term. You can cancel your membership at any time. Membership cancellation and adjustments can be made via the website through your membership account. An email confirmation will be sent to your nominated address upon cancellation or adjustment.

  2. Once your membership has been paid for the calendar month, Ankalia Textiles cannot issue you with a refund for that month should you choose to cancel. Fees are deduced on the same day of the month you joined. For example if you joined on the 15th May, the next month’s fee are charged on the 15th June.

  3. Any points accrued not already redeemed for a rewards discount voucher during your membership will be voided upon cancellation.

  4. Once you cancel your membership any rewards discount voucher codes issued to you remains current for strictly 30 (thirty) days.

  5. You may re-subscribe to the membership program at any time. Your points balance will begin again from zero. Points are not transferable from inactive accounts.

  6. Combining points across multiple accounts is not available.

  7. Reward discount codes must be placed in the discount box at checkout, not the Gift voucher box.

  8. Discount codes can not be used to purchase gift vouchers.

  9. Only one discount code can be used per transaction, not in conjunction with any other offer.

  10. Each Reward discount code can be used one time only and then expires.

Carry in Confidence

  1. When you select to “Carry in Confidence” with Ankalia Textiles, our website allows you to select up to $1000.00 worth of carriers to try in the comfort of your own home.

  2. You will have 5 (five) business days from receiving the carriers to try the styles/designs in your own home before you decide on what to keep.

  3. By enacting the “Carry in Confidence” option you are agreeing that Ankalia Textiles will charge you for the full amount of your cart at time of checkout.

  4. Refunds for the items you are not keeping can only be issued back to the original account. This can take up to 10 (ten) business days upon time of receipt at Ankalia.

  5. We do not accept returns on products that have been actively used, soiled, washed, altered or degraded in any way. Any tags or labels (swing or otherwise) originally attached to the new product must be intact.

  6. In the event that any tags or labels (swing or otherwise) have been removed, Ankalia Textiles will not accept these back into stock, and the refund will not be issued. You will also be charged for return postage back to you.

  7. Returns of “Carry in Confidence” products will only be accepted via the pre-paid returns satchel supplied with your order. Please select “Carry in Confidence” at checkout when logged into your membership.

  8. Lay-by not available if choosing this option at check-out.

  9. Only available for carriers. Accessories and Ankalia Home are not eligible.

  10. “Carry in Confidence” is not available for international orders.

  11. Any purchases completed through the “Carry in Confidence” option are covered by Ankalia Textiles General Terms and Conditions upon purchase. Please click here to review the General Terms and Conditions.

Custom Made Ups

  1. Full payment is required at time of order.

  2. Fabric provided must be an Ankalia Textiles design in wrap form (approximately 70 centimetres in width). No scrap offcuts will be accepted.

  3. The customer is responsible for all postage costs. You will be charged return postage at checkout.

  4. Fabric must be a minimum of 3 metres in length.

  5. All fabric must arrive washed, dry, ironed, with the condition of the wrap disclosed (stains, pulls, broken threads or any evidence of thread shifting or thinning).

  6. If your carrier arrives at Ankalia Textiles HQ in an unsatisfactory condition, e.g odours (cigarette smoke, strong perfume), soiled, animal hairs, or unfit for conversion, you may be responsible for additional laundering and/or preparatory fees. Ankalia Textiles also reserves the right to refuse service.

  7. The online form must be printed out, signed, and sent with your carrier in addition to being submitted online.

  8. No changes to order requirements (e.g. - specific side out, design orientation etc) can be made after the order has been made online. The order form must be identical to the online form. Any discrepancies will delay your order being processed.

  9. Ankalia Textiles will endeavour to meet all requirements set out on the order form. Some designs may present with limitations in their pattern placement or direction. By agreeing to the terms of a custom Up, you are agreeing that the final design decision remains at the discretion of Ankalia.

  10. Some design orientations are limited with wrap width fabric. Ankalia Textiles will communicate directly with the customer if specific requirements can not be met.
