Pinnacle Sorbet Ring Sling Baby Carrier

Please note the following prior to purchase Unfortunately there are a large number of these wraps affected by a weaving flaw so the price of these items has been drastically to account for this. There is a skipped thread that is closer to one rail, which can be hidden when wrapping; however, it is there. This weaving flaw poses no structural or safety issues.

Tester Reviews

Jenice - Size 6 Woven Wrap

"Pros: No breaking in required. Squish and beginner friendly. Stunning colour way. Cons: Minimal grip so precise tightening required for comfort over a longer wear. Double layers needed for bigger babes.

Pink! This wrap is undeniably pink, a lovely shade of juicy watermelon. In hand it feels soft and flat, low on texture but has a lovely marshmallow shoulder feel when tightened precisely.

Being on the thinner side it might be diggy for a toddler in a ruck but this wrap shines in a double hammock. Multi layer carries can be achieved with minimal effort as it has a slide-y and glide-y feel. It can sag a little if not all the slack is worked out of the wrap job; I experienced a bit of sag in a FWCC during a wrap nap. However, soft from first wash Sorbet is a lovely wrap."

Anthony - Ring Sling

"I am a big fan ring slings, especially for carrying my toddler or kindy kid. This may seem strange to some as a lot of people think that ring slings become uncomfortable after bubs gets a little bigger, though for me the right ring sling can be an amazing tool for bigger kids. Mine only need a short cuddle to reconnect, rest their legs or have nap and a ring sling is perfect for this.

Sorbet does the job nicely. It is thin/medium in thickness, runs through the rings with ease yet doesn’t slip back through while carrying and it holds my toddler comfortably. Plus, the colour is vibrant and eye-catching; just like a raspberry sorbet. For those that love the colour of Pinkle (Pinnacle #19) but don’t love the idea of hand washing and caring for it, this is an excellent option.

The only con that I had with Sorbet is there is very little stretch, which is something that I like in a wrap that is thinner in hand. That said, it would make a great squish to toddler wrap or ring sling, being lovely and soft with little breaking in. I would love to know how it goes in a double hammock or other multilayer carry, as it feels like it would glide into place perfectly."
