Loom McQueen Woven Wrap
Loom was named basically because it kinda looks like a handwoven wrap. But it was actually inspired by paint strokes. The 4 colours of pink and purple really have made this design quite striking. If you love pink and black then this wrap is for you. The glide and ease of use makes this wrap suitable for those that are new to woven wraps and wanting a bit of style in the day to day grind of being a parent.

When selecting what size wrap to purchase it is important to consider what type of carry you would like to do, as well as what size you and your baby are. In general your base size is good for a Front Wrap Cross Carry as seen in our My Wrap section. Please read our instructions on how to do a basic carry and safety guidelines before you start wrapping. Our woven wraps are made from all natural fibres and, with few exceptions, are as easy to care for as your regular household laundry. Firstly, you must look over your woven before washing for the first time. We ask you to look for any weaving flaws that we may have missed along the way. If you are un-happy with your carrier then please contact us. Your woven wrap will arrive to you in what is called “loom state”. Therefore, it is very important that you wash and iron your ring sling before use. This sets the weave, removes any residue and will fluff up your wrap to make it soft and smooshy.
Wash your woven wrap first in one cold wash on a medium spin, and on gentle cycle for subsequent washing. We do not recommend the use of colour catchers with any textiles. Tumble dry on low. Ironing is strongly encouraged to prevent premature wear at the rails and other highly creased areas.
It is normal for your woven wrap to shrink in the first wash. We have taken into account shrinkage when we have cut and hemmed our wraps.

I absolutly love this design! Its my pick of the winter collection by far. The contrast between the pink and black is fantastic and the pattern looks so good on.
As far as wrap qualities its is pretty awesome too. There ia a nice horizontal stretch that gives it a bandagey, supportive free. I wouldn’t say its cushy but its deffinatly easy on the shoudlers.
The grip is spot on. Enought glide to grip ratio for me to do a poppins which has always been my nemisis. Holds up well in a knotless finish as well.
Its is more of a medium/thin wrap making it great for smaller babies, but the bandageyness (thats a word right?) would make it no trouble to carry toddlers in multi layers.
All round great wrap if you are looking for something that not too beastly, but capable of carrying from newborn to toddlerhood

A return of order will be accepted either:
- after a product has been shipped, and a cancellation of order was communicated by the consumer to Ankalia Textiles within the same day of purchase; or
- within fourteen (14) days of order when product is unused, undamaged, and in original purchase condition. “Original purchase condition” is defined as unwashed, unless otherwise stated as ‘Ready to wear’ at time of purchase.
